Palestinian Foreign Ministry: The occupation deepens genocide and displacement in Gaza Strip, international positions are only moral

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that despite the international consensus to protect civilians and bring aid into the Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation continues to deepen genocide and displacement against the people of the Strip for the 171st day. The ministry indicated that the formal international positions do not rise to the level of war, and that international solidarity is only moral in light of fanfare that is unable to provide bread for the Palestinians.

The Foreign ministry explained in a statement reported by Wafa that the Prime Minister of the occupation government, Benjamin Netanyahu, reiterated  the invasion of Rafah in challenge of the international rejection for that, amid a gradual escalation of bombing homes in the city. Where during the past 24 hours, the occupation destructed 5 homes, leaving more than 30 martyrs and dozens of wounded and missing.

The Foreign Ministry pointed out that the occupation is deepening the use of starvation and thirst as weapons in the war of extermination, with the aim of imposing displacement on the people of the Gaza Strip, explaining that the occupation is trying to establish the separation between the West Bank and the Gaza Strip to strike the project of an independent Palestinian state.

The Foreign Ministry stressed that the Palestinian people are a continuous victim not only of the occupation but also of international double standards, as the international community has proven its inability to implement international law and international legitimacy resolutions. Additionally, In the face of the war of extermination, there is a failure to protect humanity and to side with it as a necessary minimum for the legitimacy of international institutions.
