Palestinian Foreign Ministry: The occupation destroys Rafah

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the Israeli occupation began systematically destroying the city of Rafah, south of Gaza Strip, through repeated bombing of homes, resulting in dozens of martyrs and wounded in disregard of international calls for the need to protect more than a million displaced people there.

The Foreign Ministry said in a statement today, reported by Wafa NewsAgency: We condemn in the strongest terms the brutal and bloody bombardment committed by the occupation forces against our people, which has been escalating insanely since yesterday.

“The occupation’s bloody bombing climaxed  at dawn today by targeting homes and destroying them above the heads of their residents in Rafah, leaving dozens martyred, wounded, and missing under the rubble”, the ministry added.

The Ministry said that the occupation’s escalation of its bloody bombing of Rafah is the beginning of the expansion of genocide crimes in the city, which includes more than a million displaced people, without it giving any consideration to their lives and in disregard of international calls to protect them and secure their full humanitarian needs.
