Israeli occupation renews attacks on South Lebanon

The Israeli occupation continued on Saturday to attack towns and villages in South Lebanon, causing huge damage to property and infrastructure.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the Israeli warplanes this morning targeted the outskirts of the town of Al-Naqoura,  Al-Labbouneh mount, Alma Al-Shaab and Marjayoun. They also targeted an empty house in Ter Harfa town, destroying it completely and damaging the neighboring houses and property.

The occupation’s reconnaissance planes, all last night and today morning, flew over Tyre district and the coast line. The occupation also fired flare bombs over the villages of the western and central sectors up to the towns of Al-Mansouri, Majdal Zoun and Al-Sh’itieh. It also opened machinegun fire on Al-Labbouneh and Al-Alam mounts in the western sector.

The Israeli occupation has for days been completely destroying homes and cutting off secondary and public roads that lead to villages and towns to prevent communication between them.
