Syria takes part in Asia Pacific Maths Olympiad 2024

The Asia Pacific Maths Olympiad 2024 (APMO) was held on Thursday online in Brazil with the participation of 43 countries, including Syria.

In a statement to a SANA repoter, the Syrian Distinction and Creativity Agency said that the Syrian Science Olympiad mathematics team, which comprises 36 male and female students, represented Syria in this event through taking a 4-hour test with questions of increasing complexity at Rida Saeed Conferences Hall at Damascus University.

This is the 14th time Syria takes part in the Asia Pacific Maths Olympiad.
