President Al-Assad issues Decree on the establishment of the General Company for Textile Industries

President Bashar Al-Assad on Wednesday issued Decree No.11 of the year 2024 on the establishment of the General Company for Textile Industries.

The new company will replace both the General Establishment for Cotton Ginning and Marketing and the General Establishment for Textile Industries.

Establishing this company aims at raising the efficiency and quality of raw materials and final production by developing current varieties and enabling the company to produce new varieties and products, which contributes to developing the company, increasing its competitiveness, creating new development opportunities in the various textile industries, and creating the appropriate conditions for its success.
