Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs: The Continuation of Genocidal war in Gaza Strip is a disgrace to humanity

The Higher Presidential Committee for Churches Affairs in Palestine affirmed that the war of genocide and ethnic cleansing waged by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people in the war-torn Gaza Strip is a disgrace to the entire humanity.

The committee explained in a statement, reported by the Palestinian Wafa Agency, that the complicit international community and its institutions are responsible for the massive catastrophe that the Palestinians are experiencing as they failed to protect the people in Gaza Strip and allowed them to be displaced, and their homes to be destroyed, and took no action against the starvation and the killing of the Palestinians.

The committee warned of the escalation of the occupation and settlers’ attacks in the cities, villages, and camps of the West Bank, including the occupied city of Al- Quds and its religious sanctities, most notably Al-Aqsa Mosque. It also warned against  the occupation forces and settlers’ violations against worshipers by restricting their access to the Holy Mosque.
