GENEVA,(ST)_The Syrian official delegation has reiterated that terrorism issue must be debated first under the Geneva communique.
It underscored on Tuesday that no clause will be tackled before debating the issue of terrorism from which the Syrian people are suffering.
“How can we talk about political matters while the coalition delegation rejects to put terrorism issue on the agenda?” the delegation asked.
Today morning, the Syrian official delegation and the coalition delegation started discussion of terrorism issue, in the presence of the UN Envoy Lakhdar Ibrahimi.
But the two sides did not agree about the draft agenda.
By the official delegation’s demand, the morning session started by observing a one-minute silence for the souls of the martyrs of Maan town outside Hama province and Syria as well.
The local media said that the official delegation insists on reaching a common national project to combat terrorism.
