Arab and international condemnations of Israel’s crime against Palestinians in Nabulsi Square in Gaza
The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed in a statement yesterday that the Israeli targeting of Palestinians while they are waiting for humanitarian assistance is” a shameful crime, flagrant violation of the international law and international humanitarian law, and disregard for the value of Man and the sanctity of his soul,” calling on the UN Security Council to assume humanitarian, moral and legal responsibility to stop the Israeli war against the Gaza Strip and provide protection to the Palestinian people.
The Egyptian Ministry stressed the need to remove all obstacles that prevent humanitarian and relief aid from reaching the Gaza Strip in a complete and sustainable manner, stressing the “rejection of any attempts aimed at displacing Palestinians outside their lands”.
In a similar statement, the Sultanate of Oman strongly condemned the brutal attack by the Israeli occupation forces targeting al-Rashid Street in Gaza, which resulted in the death of dozens of martyrs and the injury of many civilians.
The Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: ” these systematic criminal acts by the occupation forces are a clear violation of all international and humanitarian norms and laws, and are only a continuation of the policy of extermination pursued by the Israeli occupation forces towards the Palestinian people, ” calling on the international community to intervene urgently and decisively to put an end to the tragic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip and to hold the occupation responsible for targeting civilians and civilian facilities in the Strip.
In the same context, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani condemned the massacre of the Zionist entity and its aggression on Al-Rashid Street in Gaza, stressing that the wound of Gaza will not be removed from the memory of the free people in the world and shame will remain for human rights defenders in America and Europe.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres also condemned the targeting of Palestinian civilians by the Israeli occupation forces in the northern Gaza Strip.
Stephane Dujarric, spokesman for the UN secretary-general, said: “Guterres was shocked by these tragic human losses.
For his part, the president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, condemned the brutal Israeli crime against the Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip, announcing the suspension of all arms purchases from the Israeli occupation entity.
“When they asked for food, more than 100 Palestinians were killed by Netanyahu. This is a genocide reminiscent of the Holocaust, even if the world powers do not want to recognize it,” he said.
