AAFGC: murderers of civilians in Hama will pay dearly

Damascus, (ST) –”42 women, children and elderly people were murdered in a horrific massacre committed by Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists in the village of Maan in Hama’s northern countryside on Sunday, “underscored the Army and Armed Forces General Command.

This came in a statement released  on Monday by the General Command .

The General Command’s statement further underlined that  a large number of  takfiri armed terrorist groups attacked the village of Maan using various forms of weapons, pillaging houses, burning them, demolishing some of them, and displacing all the village’s occupants.

“the said  criminal act which comes at a time when the Syrian state is exerting tireless efforts to end the suffering of the Syrian people constitutes clear evidence of the terrorists’ connection to foreign sides that have become well known to everyone, “added the statement.

The General Command stressed that this cowardly terrorist act will not go unpunished, and that the murderers will pay dearly for what they did.

“the Armed Forces are now more determined than ever to continue fulfilling its constitutional duty of confronting terrorist organizations and eliminating them and restoring security and stability to the country, “concluded the statement.
