Australian writer: Israel’s criminal reality has not changed since its foundation

“It is not possible to talk about genocide crimes or committing atrocities against civilians, killing their children, and destroying their homes without all of these characteristics being associated with the name “Israel,” which since its foundation has not changed the fact that it is a usurping criminal entity whose goal is to displace Palestinians from their land,” this was confirmed by Australian writer Caitlin Johnston.

Johnston said in an article published on the Medium Platform: “from the beginning, Israel was established as a colonial outpost for Western powers, with the aim of subjugating West Asia and the peoples of the Middle East to the interests of the Global North, and this is what Israel was from the beginning and remains so until now, committing genocide after genocide.”

Johnston explained that the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation entity since the beginning of its establishment were always heading to the point that we are all witnessing now. The atrocities that we currently see in Gaza existed from the beginning, but their scope has been expanded and they have been further perpetuated by “Israel” and its supporters, with the aim of achieving the old plan, which is occupation, that is to say: the occupation of the entire Palestinian territories, displacing their people, and expanding the occupation to neighboring countries.

Johnston pointed out that separating “Israel” from the crimes of genocide and murder is absolutely out of the question, pointing out that issuing flimsy pretexts to justify these crimes, such as the argument of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, has nothing to do with reality and has become a trite and exposed matter.

Johnston stressed that anyone who seeks to justify the crimes of the Israeli occupation entity does not deserve to be a human being.
