“Israel” starts new massacre in Rafah: says American writer

Washington, (ST) –  Within the framework of its genocide on Palatine, the Israeli occupation launched a new aggression on the city of Rafah south of Gaza Strip. The aggression is part of the occupation’s criminal scheme to exterminate the Palestinians and forcibly displace those who survived its crimes, according to the American writer Andre Damon.

Damon indicated in a report published by the American World Socialist website that “Israel” has moved to implement a new stage in its plan prepared decades ago to make Gaza a destroyed land in which it is impossible to live, and to kill or expel its people and torture them wherever they go.

“After forcing the residents in the north of the besieged Gaza Strip to move to Khan Yunis to escape its crimes and continuous bombing of Gaza, the Israeli occupation began targeting Khan Yunis with intense bombing operations, committing the most heinous crimes against innocent civilians. Now, they are moving to the city of Rafah, where a large number of Gazans have taken refuge”, Damon added.

This is “Israel” main, clear and previously prepared plan, according to Damon, who clarified that the goal of the occupation is to torture the Palestinians, kill the largest possible number of people in Gaza and displace the remaining Palestinians.

He added that all of these crimes are occurring in front of the world, with the blessing and support of the United States and Europe, the main partners in this genocide.

Damon pointed out that the Israeli occupation forces are systematically destroying all remaining buildings and infrastructure throughout Gaza Strip, clearly announcing their plans for ethnic cleansing and genocide in the city of Rafah.

He added that as it did in Gaza, the occupation will pursue the remaining Palestinians with the open support of the US administration, pointing out that the more horrific the crimes of the occupation are the greater the US support for the Zionist entity is.
