Participants in the “Dahab Expo” stress its importance in introducing Syrian products

Participants in the “Dahab Expo”  for clothing, shoes and leather “Spring Summer 2024” in its first edition, “Shaaban Al-Khair” stressed the importance of specialized exhibitions in introducing Syrian products and their quality and proving their ability to compete in the market locally and abroad.

The economic event , which  is organized by Mashhadani International Group for Exhibitions and Conferences in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry, showcase  various products of 110 companies specialized in the leather industry, including clothing, shoes, bags of all kinds, supplies and accessories, in addition to leather, men’s, women’s and children’s clothing as well as  fashion shows for all participating brands and design houses, in addition to many antiques and handicrafts.

The participants stressed in their statements to a SANA reporter the importance of the exhibition as it provides them with an opportunity to display and promote their various products inside Syria and in the markets of neighboring countries.

They added that the exhibition opens new horizons for them in their work because ideas are shared with other companies through meetings that take place during the days of the exhibition and agreements and contracts concluded between industrialists and merchants, which would contribute to improving the industry and reflect positively on the producer and consumer and thus on the national economy.

The participants  highlight  the strength of the Syrian industry and its ability to be present and compete in the markets, indicating that they are seeking to expand and develop their work to reach the stage of export and competition outside Syria in the future.

The activities of the “Dahab Expo” exhibition kicked off on Thursday on the grounds of the New Exhibition City in Damascus and will continue until Sunday evening.
