The 119th day of Israeli aggression on Gaza witnesses dozens of martyrs and injuries

Dozens of Palestinians were martyred and injured on Friday in the Israeli aggression in Gaza which has been continuous over the past 119 days.

The Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation warplanes carried out several raids at dawn today on Khan Yunis in the south of the Strip, especially the western area, in conjunction with continuous shelling from the occupation artillery and gunboats. A Palestinian woman was martyred and others were injured as a result of the bombing of the Al-Amal school, which houses displaced people, west of Khan Yunis.

13 Palestinians were injured as the occupation aircraft bombed a house near the headquarters of the Red Crescent Society, and two more Palestinians were also injured after raids on the perimeter of the European Gaza hospital amid the continuation of the occupation artillery shelling of houses, where it blew up an entire block in the area of Qaizan al-Najjar South, and the bodies of 12 martyrs from one family were recovered under the rubble of their house bombed by the occupation in the Sikka area in the center of Khan Younis.

In a related context, Palestinian medical sources said that the bodies of five martyrs have been buried in the courtyard of the Al-Amal Hospital of the Red Crescent Society in Khan Younis, bringing the number of bodies of martyrs who have been buried in the hospital yard so far to 15 amid the continuation of the siege imposed by the occupation on it.

In Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, the occupation Air Force launched raids on the eastern areas of the city of Rafah, causing the death of 4 Palestinians and injuring others after shelling a house in the Al-Nasr neighborhood.

 

As for Gaza City, a number of Palestinians were martyred and others were injured after the occupying forces shelled the stands of a stadium in the city, while the decomposing bodies of a number of martyrs were recovered northwest of the city.

 

The occupation artillery shelled the east of the Bureij camp in the middle of the Strip, and the bodies of 6 martyrs were recovered from the north of the camp, while the occupation aircraft launched a series of raids in the town of Beit Lahiya north of the Strip.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday that the number of victims of the ongoing aggression since the seventh of last October has increased to 27,019 martyrs and 66,139 wounded.
