A symposium on Al-Aqsa Flood Operation and its consequences held in Damascus

On the occasion of Al-Quds Cultural Day, the Al-Quds International Foundation – Syria, the Syrian Arab Popular Committee for Supporting the Palestinian People, and the Palestinian resistance factions organized a symposium at the Cultural Center in Abu Rummaneh in Damascus entitled “The Al-Aqsa flood and its consequences on the Palestinian issue, the region, and the world”.

The participants in the symposium stressed that Al-Aqsa Flood Battle brought the Palestinian issue back to the forefront of international events with its military and cultural indications.

Al-Aqsa Flood Battle destroyed the false claims of the Zionist entity, dropped the normalization projects with the Israeli occupation entity, and nullified their effects at the regional level.

The Director General of the Al-Quds International Foundation – Syria, Dr. Khalaf Al-Muftah, who moderated the symposium, said that the political and strategic repercussions of Al-Aqsa Flood Battle were greater than the military results because it constituted a shift in the fate of the Palestinian issue.

“Especially in the extent of the sacrifices made by the Palestinian people, which exposed the racist Zionist entity before world public opinion, and demonstrated what was taken by force can only be recovered by force” he added.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front Khaled Abdel Majeed clarified that the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood was victorious and dealt a major blow to the Zionist entity that it had not witnessed in 75 years, and it would have positive results on the Palestinian cause that the United States of America and the Zionist entity tried to liquidate.

He stressed that the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood united the battlefields for the axis of resistance, and returned the Palestinian issue to the forefront of international forums.

Secretary of the Supreme Follow-up Committee and member of the political bureau of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, General Command, Ramez Mustafa, stressed that the results of the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle changed the face of the world as a whole. He added that “we are facing a shifting and strategic change in dealing with the Palestinian issue”.

He indicated that the resistance imposed a new equation on the United States of America in dealing with regional issues.
