Within the framework of the continuous support and care given by Mr. President, Lieutenant General Bashar al-Assad, Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed Forces, to the families of the martyrs, the wounded, and the missing, the President directed the disbursement of educational aid for the second time for the academic year 2023-2024 “the second semester” to the children of the martyrs, the totally disabled injuries, as well as the missing among them who are eligible to continue their educational attainment.
