The first Syrian-Russian media conference kicks off in Damascus

Damascus, (ST) – The first Syrian-Russian Media Conference, held by the Russian Cultural Center kicked off on Sunday in cooperation with the Ministry of Information.

The conference is held in partnership with the Syrian-Russian Cooperation Foundation and the Syrian Association of Graduates of Russian Universities.

The conference, which will be held under the title “The Authority of the Media and its Influence on Public Opinion” at the amphitheater of the Russian Cultural Center in Damascus .It will discuss over two days topics related to analyzing media discourse and its impact on the recipient, freedom of electronic media, how to trust its content.

The conference also talks about the effective role of artificial intelligence and its importance as a new force in the world Media and politics.
