Slovak Socialists Party calls for imposing sanctions against Israeli occupation entity

Bratislava, (ST) –  Vice-President of the Slovak Socialists Party, Miroslav Pomadek called for imposing sanctions against the Israeli occupation entity as a result of the crimes and genocide it is committing against the Palestinians in Gaza Strip.

Pomadek announced on the party’s official website today: “This real genocide has American and British support and the support of the European Union financially, politically and strategically.” He stressed that exerting strong pressure on the Israeli occupation could force it to agree to a ceasefire fire and end its terrible aggression against Gaza.

Pomadek pointed out that the Israeli entity, since its establishment, has been mocking the entire world by not respecting United Nations resolutions, killing civilians, and attacking neighboring countries.

Pomadek considered that the Republic of South Africa’s filing of a legal complaint against this entity before the International Court of Justice on charges of committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza as representing a courageous step.

He called on the Slovak government to support this step.
