The Iraqi resistance announced yesterday that it targeted the US occupation forces deployed in Conoco oilfield in Deir Ezzor countryside, north of Syria, where the occupation had established an illegal military base.

A statement by the resistance said that the missile attack came as a response to the Zionist entity’s massacres in Gaza and in continuation of the resistance’s approach of confronting the US occupation forces in Iraq and the region.

The resistance affirmed that it will continue to target the enemy’s strongholds and it is expelled from this region.

Earlier at dawn yesterday, the Iraqi resistance fired missiles on the US occupation forces in Al-Shaddadi base in Hasakah southern countryside.
