Turkish attacks cause power station to be out of service in Hasakah

The electricity station in the Tall Tamr area of al-Hasakah countryside went out of service today as a result of the attacks by the Turkish occupier, who targeted the electrical line feeding it.

In a statement to SANA correspondent, the General Manager of the Hasakah Electricity Company, Engineer Saleh Idris, stated that the station went out of service as a result of the Turkish occupier targeting the 66KV line feeding the station with a number of shells in the Umm al-Kaif area, which resulted in the disruption of electrical supply to the Tal Tamr area and the surrounding gatherings and villages. He stressed that maintenance workshops are waiting to secure that the place goes back to work by  locating and repairing the damage as quickly as possible and restore the station to service again.

The station went out of service last September as a result of the damage to the electrical lines feeding it as a result of attacks by the Turkish occupier.
