Lebanese resistance leader: The crime of assassinating Al-Arouri will not go without punishment

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, condemned the assassination crime committed by the Israeli occupation yesterday in the southern suburb of Beirut, which led to the martyrdom of the leader of the Palestinian resistance movement “Hamas” Saleh Al-Arouri and five of his companions, stressing that this crime will not go unanswered or without punishment

Sayyed Nasrallah said in a televised speech on Wednesday on the fourth anniversary of the martyrdom of Chief of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) elite Quds Force unit Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani and the commander of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, deputy head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, and their companions: “for now, we are fighting on the frontline following meticulous . If the enemy thinks of waging war on Lebanon, we will fight without restraint, rules, limits and restrictions regulations, and its results will be extremely costly”. 

Nasrallah added: “Israel” is an artificial entity, and what happened in Gaza proved that the international community is not capable of protecting it, explaining that the heroic achievements in the Gaza Strip are the result of tireless work carried out by the Palestinian factions for two decades.

“Hajj Qassem Soleimani was striving to achieve self-sufficiency for all resistance movements so that they could rely on their own capabilities”,Nasrallah said.

He added Soleimani was a pivotal figure in linking and coordinating between the various parties of the Axis of Resistance . This axis is in agreement on a clear strategic vision, wherein both enemies and allies are defined and the goals are clear.” 

Talking about teh Operation al-Aqsa Flood, launched by the Palestinian Resistance on October 7 against the Israeli occupation, the Hezbollah leader underlined that one of its most important accomplishments made throughout the operation has been “the foiling of the Israeli attempts to push the Palestinian people to the point of exhaustion and desperation so that they abandon their cause.” 

Another accomplishment made through Operation al-Aqsa Flood, Sayyed Nasrallah said, has been the increased popular support for the Resistance and the armed struggle in Palestine and the Arab and Islamic worlds.

Sayyed Nasrallah continued: “When we see the extent of the results and achievements that have been made so far, in addition to what can be achieved later, we will realize and become more satisfied with the extent of the sacrifices on all arenas.” 

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah confirmed that the Lebanese resistance’s decision to open the southern front on October 8 was to support the Palestinians in Gaza Strip and relieve them, and it is a very effective fight.  

He pointed out that the most important message sent by the resistance when opening this front was that it was a bold, courageous resistance and had no restrains or restrictions to defend its people and its land.
