Palestinian Presidency: American support for the occupation encourages it to escalate its aggression and crimes

The Palestinian presidency called on the American administration to oblige the Israeli occupation to stop its continued aggression against the Palestinian people, noting that American support for the occupation is what encourages it to escalate its aggression and crimes.

Wafa Palestinian News Agency quoted the official spokesman for the Palestinian Presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeina, as saying in a statement today:” The Palestinian people are subjected to an ongoing war of genocide in the Gaza Strip, where the number of martyrs has reached more than 22 thousand, in addition to tens of thousands of wounded, more so the daily killings that take place.

It includes the occupation forces war crimes in the West Bank, the most recent of which was the martyrdom of four Palestinians at dawn today in the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, by occupation bullets, and the martyrdom of a prisoner yesterday in an occupation detention center.”

Abu Rudeina pointed out that the continued barbaric aggression of the occupation against the Palestinian people and their sanctities, the attempts at displacement carried out by the occupation in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and the failure to implement the relevant international legitimacy resolutions threaten to destroy the entire region.

Abu Rudeina explained that the conspiracy against the Palestinian cause is an attempt to liquidate the Palestinian national project, but the Palestinian people have failed and will fail all the conspiracies hatched against their rights, sanctities and national principles, which they will not deviate from no matter the cost. He also pointed out that the conspiracy is now at its peak, and the Palestinian people are capable of confronting challenges and thwarting all attempts, whether regional or international, to undermine the independent national decision.
