Syrian Economic Dialogue Forum under the title “Food industries are the path to advance agriculture and economy”

Damascus (ST) – The activities of the Economic Dialogue Forum will begin tomorrow in its 5th session under the title “Food industries are the path to advance agriculture and the economy”, which is being held under the patronage of Prime Minister Hussein Arnous.

The Forum is organized by the Delta Economics and Business Group in cooperation with the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Industry, with the participation of the Ministries of Economy, Foreign Trade and Industry, Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, Planning and International Cooperation Authority, Central Bank of Syria, And the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce and Agriculture, at the Sheraton Hotel in Damascus.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Delta Group Ghiyath Shamaa stated that the Forum will discuss the current reality of the agricultural and industrial sectors, plans and visions for achieving development.

He indicated that the discussions between the participants and the proposals that will be presented during the sessions have a role in supporting the development of industries and marketing.

It is noteworthy that the Forum comes as a continuation of the Syrian Economic Dialogue Forum held last year with the aim of unifying visions between the different economic sectors to achieve the desired development.
