Lebanese resistance continues targeting Israeli enemy’s sites north of occupied Palestine
BEIRUT, Dec.19, ( ST)- Today, the Lebanese national resistance targeted the Israeli enemy at the Metulla site, and killed and wounded the crew of its “Markova” tank at the Malikiyah site in northern occupied Palestine.
The resistance said in two separate statements today: “In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their valiant and honorable resistance, resistance fighters targeted the Metulla site and a “Merkova” tank near the Malikiyah site, which led to its destruction and the killing and injury of its crew.”
For its part, the Israeli enemy renewed its bombardment today on the border villages and towns in southern Lebanon, as the Israeli enemy artillery targeted the outskirts of the towns of Naqoura, Alma al-Shaab, Jabal al-Labouneh, adjacent to the Blue Line with occupied Palestine, Wadi Saluki, the outskirts of Hula, the outskirts of the towns of Marwahin and Aitaroun, and the vicinity of the town of Rmeish, in addition to targeting a house in the mountain area in the town of Mays al-Jabal and the area located between Dermamas and Kafr Kila, while a shell fell on the Khallet Abu Zeid road near houses in Rmeish.
The Israeli enemy’s aircraft also launched air strikes on the Al-Labouneh area and the outskirts of Al-Jebeen, Shihin, and Tayr Harfa, while its forces bombed the outskirts of the town of Naqoura, Jabal Al-Labouneh, the south-eastern outskirts of the town of Maroun Al-Ras, and the Ain Alma area, “the outskirts between the towns of Naqoura and Alma Al-Shaab.”
It in addition targeted, with internationally prohibited phosphorous shells, the outskirts of the towns of Blida and Muhaibib and the area between the towns of Aitaroun and Blida, while an enemy “Markova” tank targeted the town of Yaroun and a house, living one injured civilian.
Today at dawn, the Israeli enemy forces targeted the vicinity of the towns of Aita al-Shaab and Naqoura.
The enemy reconnaissance aircraft also flew over the villages of the western and central sectors, reaching the outskirts of the city of Tire and over the Litani River.
