The Palestinian resistance announced yesterday that an agreement had been reached to extend the temporary truce in the Gaza Strip for two additional days with the same conditions as the previous truce. The truce includes the release of a number of Palestinian child detainees held by the Israeli occupation in exchange for a number of occupation detainees held by the Palestinian resistance and the entry of relief and medical aid and quantities of fuel into the Gaza Strip.
The temporary truce agreement in the Gaza Strip entered into force last Friday morning, 48 days after the brutal Israeli aggression, which resulted in the martyrdom of more than 15,000 Palestinians and the injury of more than 36,000.
