Raisi: Gaza gives the world lessons in sacrifice and steadfastness

Tehran, (ST) – Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi said that the Gaza Strip gave lessons in steadfastness and resistance. He added that the sacrifices and efforts of the medical teams in the strip will be recorded in the history of the Palestinian struggle.

The Iranian News Agency (IRNA) reported that Raisi described in a statement during the opening of a hospital in the city of Shahriar in Tehran province the sacrifices of medical staff in Gaza hospitals as “a model and example for the medical and nursing community in the world.”  He expressed his hope for the liberation of Palestine and the end of the Zionist entity in the world as soon as possible.

Raisi pointed out that the medical teams in Gaza made special sacrifices that the world has not witnessed, stressing that “the people of the world are saddened by the tragic events that the Gaza Strip is witnessing these days.
