More than 100 demonstrations in Britain rejecting the Israeli aggression on Gaza 

Tens of thousands of people in Britain on Saturday  held more than 100 demonstrations in support of the Palestinian people and against the massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces in Gaza.

The British newspaper Mail Online reported that more than 100 demonstrations took place in various locations across Britain.

Under the name ” National Protest Day” , more than 100 demonstrations took place in various locations across Britain under the name  “National Protest Day” . London alone witnessed 10 gatherings and marches demanding an immediate end to the Israeli aggression on Gaza. The  demonstrators chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian people.

Dolls were placed in front of the Prime Minister’s residence to highlight the number of children and infants who were martyred.  The demonstrators  raised   banners  with the names of paramedics who lost their lives while trying to save others.

Thousands of demonstrators marched in Newcastle to demand a ceasefire, while about 100,000 people took part in the demonstration in Glasgow.

In Bristol, demonstrators handed in a petition demanding a ceasefire, while similar rallies and demonstrations took place in other cities across the UK after hundreds of pupils at a girl’ school in Wimbledon marched in support of Palestine.

The media office in Gaza announced that the number of victims of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to more than 12,300 martyrs, including 5,000 children and 3,300 women.
