The Martyrdom of a sixth Palestinian prisoner since the beginning of occupation’s aggression against Gaza

A Palestinian prisoner was martyred in Israeli occupation detention centers at dawn today, bringing the number of prisoners who were martyred since the start of the Zionist aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip in last October 7 to 6 martyrs.

Wafa Agency quoted the Palestinian Prisoners and Ex-Detainees Affairs Authority as saying: Prisoner Thaeer Abu Assab, 38 years old, who has been detained since May 2005,was martyred in AL Naqab Prison as a result of the torture as a part of the systematic killing operations the occupation has carried out against the prisoners since the start of its aggression against Gaza. The Authority holds the countries supporting the occupation responsible for the continuation of the genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, and for the continuation of crimes against prisoners in detention centers.

With the martyrdom of Abu Assab, the number of martyrs of the captive movement since 1967 rises to 243, including 17 martyrs whose bodies are still being held by the occupation.
