Ambassador Extraordinary Plenipotentiary of Syria to Mongolia presents his credentials to Mongolian President

Ambassador Mohammad Hasnain Khaddam presented his credentials to Mongolian President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa as Non-Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Syria to Mongolia.

During the presentation ceremony, Ambassador Khaddam conveyed the greetings of President Bashar al-Assad to President Ukhnaa and the desire to develop bilateral relations within the framework of the eastward policy launched by President Al-Assad in 2004 and also conveyed the wishes of his Excellency to the government and the friendly Mongolian People for further prosperity and progress.

For his part, President Ukhnaa asked him to convey his greetings to President al-Assad and welcome the development of bilateral relations at all levels.

During his visit to Mongolia, ambassador Khaddam met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, the secretary general of the ministry and a number of its senior officials to discuss the possibility of developing bilateral relations. He also met with the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and industry and discussed ways to enhance trade exchanges between the two countries.
