The Israeli occupation forces re-storm the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza

Today at dawn, Israeli occupation forces stormed the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, west of Gaza City, for the second time within 24 hours.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation bulldozers and vehicles stormed the complex from its southern entrance and completely swept it away, destroying all the vehicles in the square.

They also stormed the complex from the northern entrance and raided the basement and the radiology department, destroying the MRI and X-ray machines, in addition to arresting some of the displaced people present in the place.

The occupation forces stormed the Al-Shifa Medical Complex at dawn yesterday, and raided the new surgical building and the emergency building where patients and medical staff were located.

They also searched the buildings inside the complex, placed facial recognition cameras and electronic gates in the hospital courtyard, forced displaced people to take off their clothes, and arrested a number of them before withdrawing.

The Israeli occupation forces continue to besiege the Al-Shifa Medical Complex with tanks for the seventh day in a row.

The complex is  affiliated with the Palestinian Ministry of Health and was  established in 1946.It is the largest medical institution in the Gaza Strip.
