President Al-Assad, Arshakyan stress the depth of Syrian-Armenian relations

Damascus, (ST) – President Bashar Al-Assad on Wednesday received the delegation of the Armenian National Assembly led by Hakob Arshakyan, Vice Speaker of the Assembly.

President Al-Assad stressed the depth of the bilateral relations between the two countries and the Syrian and Armenian peoples. He also affirmed the necessity of enhancing this relationship in the light of the challenges that the two countries are experiencing and the turmoil that the world is witnessing as a result of the west’s policies that seek to dominate and control the destinies of countries and peoples.
