President Al-Assad accepts credentials of New Indian Ambassador

Damascus, (ST) – This morning, President Bashar Al-Assad accepted the credentials of Dr. Irshad Ahmed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Syrian Arab Republic.

The credentials of the Indian ambassador were accepted in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal Al-Mikdad and the Minister of Presidential Affairs, Mansour Azzam.
