Syrian Colors Bazaar is currently being held at the Sheraton Damascus Hotel.
The bazaar, which lasts for 3 days, displays handmade products including traditional embroideries, soap, accessories, food products, make ups , accessories and cloths.
Bazaar organizer, Rana Al-Tabbaa, told Syria times: The bazaar specializes in displaying handicrafts, and most of the participants made their products at home and display them on social network sites, as this bazaar help them to display and promote their work.
“The bazaar reflects the creativity of young Syrian women and shows the beauty of Syrian traditional crafts, and they also constitute a source of income for the participants” Rana Al-Tabbaa added.
Participant Ahmad Al- Naima handmade accessories are made of wood .He is participating in Syrian colors bazaar for the first time to show his wooden products to the people.
Another participant Karine Shmali shows diverse handmade and crafts including products from gypsum, sewing, and drawings on bottles.
“I am participating for the first time in the bazaar. My participation in this Bazaar make helps familiarize me with products of others” she said.
Beit al-Ghar Company participates in this bazaar. They came from Aleppo city to display handmade soaps made from natural oils and other products for skin and hair care.
They always participate in this event to make to acquaint people with their products. Fort her part, Samar Saloum displays handmade fashions. Samar has been participating in the bazaar since 2017. She displays jackets, skirts and other fashions from her design. She sees the Bazaar as a good opportunity to market her designs
Nada Nizam started her new project in designing and sewing all types of fashion since five months ago
She displays dresses for evening and all occasions and participates in the bazaar to market her products.
