Solidarity stands in Argentina and Philippines in support of Palestine

Capitals (ST) – The Philippines’ capital, Manila, witnessed a massive solidarity stand in front of the American embassy in support of Palestine and in rejection of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip.

RIA Novosti reported that the stands raised Palestinian flags and banners demanding an end to the massacres committed against the Palestinian people in the Strip, denouncing the US position in support of the Israeli occupation.

the agency indicated that the demonstrators tried to storm into the embassy gates in the light of the heavy presence of police and security personnel.

Moreover, thousands of people participated in a solidarity stand with the Palestinian people in Mayo Square in front of the Presidential Palace in the Argentinean capital, denouncing the crimes of the Israeli occupation in Gaza.

The speeches delivered during the protest expressed full solidarity with the Palestinian people and standing by their side in achieving their legitimate rights to self-determination and establishing their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.

The stand was organized by a number of Argentine institutions, parties and figures.
