Australian writer: Washington’s partnership in shedding Palestinian blood exposes its terrifying face and reveals its truth
“The most liberal democratic act in history.” With this phrase, Australian writer Caitlin Johnston mocked the claims of US President Joe Biden about combating Islamophobia, at a time when “Israel” is participating in horrific mass crimes and massacres in the besieged Gaza Strip.
Johnston, in an article she published on her blog on the “Medium platform”, spoke about the clear duality in Washington’s policy regarding what is happening in Gaza, noting that these massacres committed by “Israel” against the Palestinians and all the horror they are witnessing would not have happened in the first place if those trapped inside the Gaza Strip were from a different ethnicity.
