Shtayyeh: The occupation is committing genocide in Gaza…what is required is to stop the aggression and open humanitarian corridors

Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh confirmed that the Israeli occupation is committing a genocide in Gaza Strip as part of its ongoing aggression for the twenty-fourth day, which requires the international community to stop the aggression and open humanitarian corridors.

Wafa Agency quoted Shtayyeh as saying in a speech on Monday: The occupation’s killing of thousands of children while they were sleeping in the arms of their mothers and fathers and between their grandfathers and grandmothers reflects the tragic extent to which this criminal war has reached, and that it must stop immediately, in parallel with opening safe corridors to enable hundreds of trucks loaded with food, medicine, and fuel to enter to provide relief to our people in the besieged Gaza Strip, amid a power and water outage.

Shtayyeh stressed that what is required now and immediately is to stop the aggression and allow the treatment of the injured to save the lives of thousands who are threatened with death, and to open safe humanitarian corridors to bring in food, medicine, water and fuel, and to stop forced displacement, calling on the silent countries to break their silence and the countries sponsoring the war of genocide to stop sponsoring the ongoing mass killing, and to side with humanitarian values and laws and not in the wrong direction of history, stressing that the Palestinian people will win, and the occupation will come to and.
