Egyptian soldiers injured when Israeli occupation bombed a watchtower on the border with occupied Palestine

A number of Egyptian army soldiers were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation forces bombing a watchtower on the border between Egypt and occupied Palestine. 

The Egyptian army spokesman said on his account on the X platform today: “During the clashes in the Gaza Strip, one of the Egyptian border watchtowers was accidentally hit by fragments of a shell from an Israeli tank, resulting in minor injuries to some border watchmen.” 

The continuing Israeli aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip for the sixteenth day has caused the death of 4,651 Palestinians, including 1,873 children, in addition to the injury of 14,245 people and major destruction of infrastructure.
