An emergency meeting of the Arab Parliament to be held in Cairo tomorrow to discuss Israeli crimes in Gaza

Cairo, (ST) – The Arab Parliament on Wednesday announced that an emergency meeting of its Palestine Committee will be held tomorrow in Cairo to discuss the terrorist crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.

The Arab Parliament said in a statement: The heinous crime of bombing Al-Mamadani Hospital in Gaza is considered a war crime and a full-fledged crime against humanity that should not pass without holding its perpetrators accountable.

The statement stressed full solidarity with the Palestinian people in defending their legitimate rights and denounced the shameful international silence towards these crimes and barbaric policies.

Through official communications, the Arab Parliament called on the United Nations, the UN Security Council, regional parliaments, and regional and international parliamentary unions to take a decisive stance to stop the shedding of the Palestinian blood.

The Arab Parliament also called on major powers to stop using the right of veto to give legitimacy to the criminality of the occupation forces that are waging a genocidal war against the Palestinian people by deliberately targeting innocent civilians.
