Russian humanitarian aid distributed in the countryside of Lattakia

Latakia,(ST)- The Russian Coordination Center in Hmeimim distributed humanitarian aid provided by the Russian Federation to a number of people in the village of Tal Sarim in the city of Jableh in the countryside of Lattakia.

The Russian military distributed about 3 tons of food aid, which included rice, sugar, flour and oil, to the people of the village. These humanitarian initiatives are  considered as part of the assistance provided by the Russian Federation through the coordination center in Hmeimim to needy groups in various regions in the Syrian governorates.

The villagers thanked the Russian Federation for this initiative which expresses Russia’s sincere solidarity with Syria in the face of terrorism and the unjust economic blockade that the West has been imposing on the Syrian people for years.
