Algeria renews its solidarity with the Palestinians and denounces the crimes of genocide in Gaza

Algeria, (ST) – Algeria expressed its rejection and condemnation of the systematic crimes of genocide committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people. It stressed its full support for the Palestinians in the face of this barbaric aggression.

The Algerian news agency, “WAG”, quoted a statement by the Algerian presidency issued after a meeting of the Supreme Security Council chaired by Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, as saying: After studying the current tragic conditions of the brotherly Palestinian people and the systematic genocidal operations committed by the occupation forces in the occupied Palestinian territories, Algeria expresses its rejection for these operations against defenseless civilians.

“Algeria affirmed its full solidarity with the brotherly Palestinian people, with its full conviction that the solution does not lie in genocide or mass displcement, but in establishing the Palestinian state with Al-Qus as its capital, ”, the statement added.

The statement called on the international community, especially the Security Council, to assume its responsibilities to ensure protection for defenseless Palestinian civilians in the face of Israeli attacks.
