The Jordanian Writers Association instructs that all cultural activities be directed to support the Palestinian cause in confronting the Zionist entity

The Jordanian Writers Association has called on all cultural parties, writers, and intellectuals to direct all their activities to the Palestinian cause and to resistance literature in support for the Palestinians in the confrontation of the Zionist entity.

The Association said in a statement : “The Zionist and racist killing machine targeting the patient and steadfast Palestinian people, who are defending their right to exist, is now met with a resistance that seeks to defend dignity, existence and liberate the land.

The Association added: The national and humanitarian responsibility of the Jordanian Writers Association calls upon male and female colleagues, members of the Association’s General Authority, the friends in the cultural and artistic forums and salons, and all free, intellectual and creative people in the Arab world and the world to direct cultural and artistic activities and events towards the Palestinian cause, and what the people in Palestine face in terms of killing and systematic destruction of infrastructure and health, and forced displacement attempts.

The Association concluded its statement by emphasizing that in these critical moments in the history of confrontation, the role of the true intellectuals emerges in his effective engagement in the nation’s crucial issues, foremost of which is our central issue, Palestine.
