A stand of mourning in Yerevan for the souls of the martyrs of the Military Academy

The Syrian Embassy in Armenia organized a stand of mourning for the souls of the martyrs of the terrorist attack that targeted the graduation ceremony of students at the Military Academy in the city of Homs.

The Syrian ambassador to Yerevan Nora Arisyan confirmed in her speech that this terrorist attack will not prevent the Syrian people from moving forward in eradicating terrorism and liberating the Syrian land, stressing the necessity of confronting the crimes committed by terrorists.

In turn, the head of the Syrian Community Council in Armenia, George Persevyan, and the members of the community participating in the stand expressed their solidarity with the families of the martyrs and their support to the homeland in confronting terrorist organizations.

The branch of the National Union of Syrian Students in Armenia also condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist attack, calling on the international community to take decisive stances against all who sponsor such terrorism.
