Israeli aggression against Damascus and Aleppo airports putting them out of service

The Israeli enemy carried out today a missile attack on Damascus and Aleppo international airports, which put them out of service.

A military source said in a statement that the Israeli enemy carried out an air aggression with bursts of missiles at 13:50 this afternoon, targeting simultaneously the international airports of Aleppo and Damascus, which led to damages to the two airports’ landing strips and them being out of service.

The source added: This aggression is a desperate attempt by the criminal Israeli enemy to divert attention from the crimes it is committing in Gaza, and the great losses it is suffering at the hands of the Palestinian resistance. This Israeli aggression is part of the ongoing Israeli approach to support the extremist terrorist groups that the Syrian Arab Army is fighting in the north of the country. These terrorist groups constitute an armed arm of the Israeli entity, and the Syrian Arab Army will continue to pursue and strike such groups until the country is cleansed of them.
