Engineer Arnous receives a message of condolence from Vietnamese Prime Minister for the martyrs of the Military College

Prime Minister Engineer Hussein Arnous received a message of condolence from Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh regarding the martyrs of the brutal terrorist attack that targeted the graduation ceremony of military college officer students in Homs.

Chinh said in his message: “On behalf of the Vietnamese government and people and on my own behalf, I would like to convey through you my deepest sympathy and deepest condolences to the families of the victims as a result of the attack on the Military College in Homs Governorate.”

The Vietnamese Prime Minister added: “I hope that the Syrian government and people overcome this ordeal, and I also wish a speedy recovery for the injured.”
