Palestinian Minister of Health : The stock of fuel to operate generators in Gaza Strip hospitals will end on Thursday
The Palestinian Health Minister Mai Al-kaila warned on Wednesday that the stock of fuel to operate generators in hospitals in Gaza Strip will be depleted by Thursday which threatens to lead to a humanitarian catastrophe.
Palestinian sources in the Gaza Strip explained that what remained in the Gaza Electricity Company was 300,000 liters of fuel, sufficient for only 10 to 12 hours, which portends a humanitarian crisis that threatens the lives of more than two million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip due to the impossibility of continuing to provide basic life services.
Since the beginning of its aggression against the Gaza Strip last Saturday, the occupation forces have cut off power and water, tightened its siege on it, and prevented the entry of food, medical supplies and fuel through the crossing.
On Tuesday , Israeli occupation targeted the Palestinian side of the crossing with several raids, which led to it being out of service.
