Students and members of the Syrian community in Cuba condemn the terrorist attack on the Military College in Homs

Havana (ST): Students and members of the Syrian community in Cuba condemned in the strongest terms the heinous crime committed by terrorist organizations by targeting the graduation ceremony of military college officer students in Homs using drones.

In a statement, students studying in Cuban universities and members of the Syrian community in Cuba called on the United Nations and the Security Council to condemn this cowardly terrorist act and hold the countries sponsoring terrorism accountable for their crimes against the Syrian people.

The students and members of the community renewed their support for their steadfast people, their brave army, and their wise leadership in confronting with courage and determination the approach of aggression and terrorism, affirming their complete confidence and belief in Syria emerging victorious in its war on terrorism.

The students and members of the Syrian community in Cuba offered their warm condolences to the families of the martyrs, wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded.
