Health Ministry: The number of martyrs in the terrorist attack on the Military College in Homs rose to 89 martyrs

Damascus (ST): The Ministry of Health announced, in a non-final toll, that the number of martyrs in the terrorist attack that targeted the graduation ceremony of military college officer students in Homs had risen to 89 martyrs, including 31 women and 5 children.

The Ministry indicated in its announcement on its official Telegram channel that the number of injuries reached 277.

The Minister of Health, Dr. Hassan Al-Ghobash, explained yesterday in a call with the Syrian Channel that occurred immediately after the cowardly terrorist attack.He said that the ambulance system responded to perform its duty, as all civilian hospitals, whether affiliated with the Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Higher Education, were mobilized, as well as the military hospital, indicating that the condition of the wounded was of varying severity. The medical staff was ready and on alert to provide all the required medical and surgical supplies, and they were able to take care of all the injuries.
