Bogdanov and Al-Jaafari discuss boosting Russian-Syrian multi-faceted cooperation

Moscow – The Special Representative of the Russian President for Middle East and African Countries, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov and the Syrian Ambassador in Moscow Bashar Al-Jaafari discussed the situation in Syria, focusing on pushing the process of reaching a comprehensive solution to the crisis in the country forward and on consolidating foreign political coordination.

The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Saturday that Bogdanov and Al-Jaafari discussed during their meeting some urgent issues to continue the effective development of the Syrian-Russian multi-faceted cooperation.
