Palestinian shops in Al-Quds old city forced by Israeli occupation to remain closed to safeguard routes for settlers

Occupied Al-Quds – Palestinian shop owners in the Al-Quds old city were forced on Saturday by the Israeli occupation forces to close their shops so that Jewish settlers can have free and easy access to the Old City.

Local sources said that dozens of settlers stormed into the old city of Al-Quds, danced and performed Jewish rituals in the city’s streets and near the gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque in provocative behavior that angered the Palestinian shopkeepers and residents of the old city, WAFA News Agency reported.

Several shops in the routes the settlers take in the Old City were ordered to stay closed and people were kept away from the extremists and settlers as they performed their provocative rituals.
