Russian Defense: Shooting down Ukrainian drones over Crimea, Kursk and Bryansk

Moscow (ST): Russian air defense systems shot down 8 Ukrainian drones over the Black Sea, Crimea, Kursk and Bryansk provinces in the early hours of today.

The Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement, according to the RT website: “Last night, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out terrorist attacks using drones against targets in the territory of Russia was thwarted, and the air defense systems on duty destroyed four drones over the northwestern part of the Black Sea and on the territory of the Republic of Crimea.”

The Russian Defense Ministry indicated in another statement that this morning, air defenses intercepted two Ukrainian drones in the airspace of Kursk Province, and destroyed two others over the territory of Bryansk Province.
