In response to an official invitation, President Al-Assad and First Lady Asma Al-Assad will visit China on Thursday

Damascus, (ST) – In response to an official invitation from President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China, President Bashar Al-Assad and First Lady Asma Al-Assad will visit China. The visit will start the day after tomorrow, Thursday.

Presidents Al-Assad and Xi Jinping will hold a Syrian-Chinese summit.

The visit will also include a number of meetings and events that will be held by President Al-Assad and Mrs. Asma Al-Assad in the cities of Khanjo and Beijing.

President Assad is accompanied by a political and economic delegation.
